Company Nurse
Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- With ONHAP Certification
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a Company or Occupational Health Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance for illnesses, injuries, and workplace emergencies.
- Assess employee health concerns and coordinate medical referrals when necessary.
- Monitor employees’ health conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with occupational health and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain and monitor clinic medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain health-related reports, records, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing company health, wellness, and occupational safety programs.
- Conduct or support health awareness activities and employee education initiatives.
- Maintain confidential employee medical records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other concerned parties as needed.
- Provide administrative support for company health and safety activities.
